Sivon HQ ("we," "our," or "us") provides an AI-powered marketing toolkit at sivonhq.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we receive your name and email address from your authentication provider (Google, Microsoft, or email and password) via Firebase Authentication. We do not collect any additional personal information at sign-up.

Content You Provide

We store the information you provide to generate marketing assets, including:

• Brand blueprints (product descriptions, brand voice, colors, logos)
• Workspace names and settings
• AI-generated marketing content (ads, blog posts, strategies, etc.)

Usage Metrics

We track API token consumption (prompt and output tokens per request) for quota enforcement, plan-cap tracking, and cost monitoring.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which parts of the product people use. This collects standard product-usage signals such as page views, session duration, and basic engagement events. Analytics is off by default and only turns on after you accept the cookie banner. Your IP address is anonymized before it reaches Google, and ad-personalization signals (advertising storage, user data for ads, ad personalization) are permanently disabled.

We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-site tracking.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service—generating marketing content from your brand profile using AI
• To enforce plan caps and usage quotas
• To store and retrieve your workspaces, blueprints, and generated outputs
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account

Cookies and Local Storage

If you accept the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. If you do not accept, no analytics cookies are set — this is enforced by Google Consent Mode v2, which keeps analytics storage denied until you opt in.

We use browser local storage for the following purposes:

• Cookie consent choice — remembers whether you accepted the cookie banner so we don't show it again
• Active workspace ID — remembers which workspace you last selected
• UI preferences — stores minor interface state (e.g., dismissed banners)

Firebase Authentication uses its own browser storage (IndexedDB and local storage) to manage authentication tokens. This is standard Firebase behavior and is necessary for keeping you signed in.

Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase Authentication (Google, Microsoft, and email/password providers) — handles sign-in and identity verification
• Google Cloud Platform — Firestore (database), Cloud Storage (file storage), and Cloud Run (application hosting)
• Google Gemini API — powers AI content generation. Your brand data and prompts are sent to Google's API for processing
• Google Analytics 4 (gtag) — understands product usage. Loaded only after you accept the cookie banner, with IP anonymization on and ad personalization off

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage and Security

• All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure
• Data is isolated per user and per workspace—you cannot access another user's data
• All communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS
• Authentication tokens are verified on every API request

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual workspaces at any time, which permanently removes all associated blueprints, foundations, and generated content.

To request full account deletion, contact us at support@sivonhq.com. We will delete all data associated with your account within 30 days.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data

Children's Privacy

Sivon HQ is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
